Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Valius Acquisition Hub, including your account, the buyer tools and guides, and any request to speak to a Valius adviser. The hub is run by Valius Global, a trading name of M&A Technology Solutions Limited (company number 17067698). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
The hub is free to join. You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can close your account at any time.
Guidance, not advice
The guides, scores, targeting workbook and deal structure builder are general information to help you prepare. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice and do not take your full circumstances into account. Always take professional advice before committing to a transaction.
No adviser relationship
Using the hub does not make you a client of Valius. A client relationship only starts when we agree a separate engagement letter with you.
Acceptable use
Use the hub lawfully and for your own acquisition search. Do not upload unlawful content, try to access other users' data, or copy, resell or scrape the hub or its content.
Confidentiality
If Valius shares information about a business or an opportunity with you, you must keep it confidential and use it only to assess that opportunity, and may be asked to sign a separate NDA.
Intellectual property
The hub, its guides and tools belong to Valius. You may use them for your own search. Content you enter remains yours.
Liability
We aim to keep the hub accurate and available but provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, Valius is not liable for losses arising from decisions made using the hub. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
